The Bulgarian Stock Exchange has announced that its solely-owned subsidiary – the Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange – would buy up to 197k shares of its parent. The buyback will start on 15 Dec and last until the end of 2020. Please recall, that on the GSM, held on 30 July, BSE shareholders voted in favour of a share buyback, where the Independent Bulgarian Energy Exchange – would buy up to 300k shares during the next three years at price range BGN 4.5-6.0 per share.
