The shareholders of Speedy approved to issue 42 900 new shares (NEUTRAL)

The shareholders of Speedy approved the proposition to issue 42 900 new shares to be subscribed by non-executive members of the management body and employees in an employee benefit scheme. The newly issued shares would be of the same class as the already existing ones, while their nominal value and issue price would be BGN 1.00/share. Following the issue the share capital of Speedy would increase from BGN 5 335 919 to BGN 5 378 819. The period for subscription of new shares would be 1 April – 30 June 2017.
