The unfinished 110k sq.m. Galleria Mall in Varna gets new investor

The Galleria Mall in Varna, which began its development in 2007, has attracted a new investor - Serbian entrepreneur Miroslav Mishkovic. He has acquired 50% share in the nearly finished shopping centre from a company controlled by local investors. The shopping centre is valued at EUR 120m and will boast a TBA of 110k sq.m, GLA of 40k sq.m, and will be the third large shopping centre in the seaside town.
