Tim Club of Varna has acquired 350,000 shares in Capital Management SPV. Tim Club has increased its stake in Capital Management to 53.85% after the transaction. Capital Management, which specialise in the securitisation of receivables, debuted on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in the beginning of February. CCB Group Asset Management (69%) and Armeets (30%) insurance company are the founders of the SPV. Capital Management's entire capital belongs to Chimimport, according to the prospectus of the SPV. Tim Club specialises in wholesale of household goods.
