Shareholders of Unipharm approved dividend distribution for the amount of BGN 0.5m. The payout ratio is at 37%, gross dividend per share is at BGN 0.50, while dividend yield at yesterday’s closing price of BGN 36.00 comes to 1.4%. The shareholders also approved a stock split. The registered capital will be increased from BGN 1m to BGN 6m by issuing 5m new shares on the expense of the reserves account. Each shareholder will be entitled to receive 5 new shares for each one currently held.
