The shareholders of local brewer Lomsko Pivo will vote on a proposal to list the company on the Bulgarian stock exchange on May 10 after a general meeting scheduled for April 24 failed to take place. Lomsko Pivo is expected to list in a secondary offering 20% of its capital which currently stands at BGN 4.5m.
