At the GSM, held on June 23, Zaharni Zavodi shareholders decided to distribute BGN 1.8m of the company’s 2020 net profit as dividends. The amount corresponds to a gross DPS of 0.158 (4.8% yield) and 34.8% payout ratio. The remaining BGN 3.3m net profit will be allocated to the additional reserves. Dividend payment will start on July 30, 2021. Ex-dividend date is July 6, 2021.
